Rejected bot designs

A few bot designs did not make the list in the article for various reasons. These will be documented here for the sake of curiosity and/or future digital historians.

Qualifications

A bot may be omitted from the article and place here if any of these are true:

  1. It has no 3D printed parts at all.
  2. It is more than two generations behind a documented bot which has improvements that make the older design obsolete.
  3. It does not function as a combat robot (but see below).
  4. It can't be assembled as designed. A link to proof of this assertion may be needed.

Here are reasons a bot does NOT belong in this list:

  1. The bot is a model or decorative item. Non-functional designs do NOT belong either in this list or in the article.
  2. The instructions provided with the bot are unclear or incomplete.

A specific reason must be given for each item here. Discuss here if there is any uncertainty as to which list is more appropriate. --Chklnk (talk) 07:48, 13 December 2021 (UTC)
