Still configuring things I used a 'canned' configuration on AWS to set up the wiki and it is not sending the correct user IP addresses to the application. This means that we aren't really blocking users when we try to block them + legitimate users may be blocked if the system assigns them one of the blocked IPs. I've identified the source of the problem and am investigating a fix.

Question-Captcha on edit I've enabled a challenge question on account creation, editing, and page creation. Hopefully this will help and changing/adding questions is easy.
